Get to know Samir.
I enjoy the moment when a beginner realises that boxing is a skill they can learn, rather than something they have to be naturally good at. We start with the basics: stance, a comfortable guard and simple movement. You can train without contact, and we discuss the session format before there is any pressure to try something new.
My coaching combines short explanations with plenty of useful repetition. Pad work, footwork and conditioning each have a purpose, so the session is more than a collection of hard rounds. If technique interests you most, we take more time with timing and movement. If fitness is the priority, we still build the skills carefully.
I value a relaxed atmosphere with clear boundaries. Questions are welcome, and difficulty increases when the foundations are becoming reliable. The aim is for you to understand what you are practising and feel more confident in your movement, not to leave every appointment too tired to enjoy the rest of your day.
