Who is responsible
The operator’s legal identity and privacy contact will be published before enquiry forms are enabled. The operator must also identify the enquiry recipient and retention period before launch.
Information submitted in forms
An enquiry form sends your name, email address, preferred area, message, and any selected trainer or package reference. A trainer listing form sends your name, email address, coverage, speciality and background. When live delivery is configured, these details are sent by SMTP email to the recipient identified by the operator. The website does not store enquiry content in a database. The recipient, email provider and retention period will be identified here before the form is enabled.
Spam prevention
The form endpoint checks required fields and limits their size. It also uses a hidden anti-spam field and rate-limits requests using a keyed hash of the connecting IP address. Rate-limit records are stored outside the public website. The endpoint and the supplied hourly cleanup task remove records older than two hours when they are not in use; a scheduled run can leave a record for up to about three hours. The raw IP address is not written to those records.
Browser storage and URLs
Saved profiles use session storage in your browser for the current browsing session. Compare selections stay in page memory. Search and filter choices may appear in the page URL so they can be restored or shared. The site does not use analytics, advertising cookies, or third-party tracking scripts.
Hosting and email providers
The hosting provider necessarily processes connection and security information under its own configuration. The configured SMTP provider processes form messages for delivery. The provider and its processing location will be identified before enquiry forms are enabled. The site uses local images and fonts and does not intentionally load external services.
Your choices and requests
Use the privacy contact published by the operator to request access, correction or deletion of information sent in a form. That contact and the applicable retention period will be published before enquiry forms are enabled. Do not submit sensitive personal information in a trainer enquiry.
Changes
This notice must be reviewed by the site operator for the actual hosting, mail provider, recipient and retention arrangements before publication.
