Get to know Elias.
I like sessions that have a clear purpose: learn one useful skill, practise it well and leave knowing what to work on next. My boxing sessions combine stance, footwork and controlled pad work with strength exercises that support the movement. Beginners start without contact; experienced clients can choose a more technical session. I keep explanations short and use simple training notes so progress is easy to follow.
The first appointment is a conversation as much as a workout. I want to understand whether you are looking for a new skill, a way to switch off after work or a more structured fitness routine. If you have never put on gloves before, we begin with stance, movement and simple combinations. There is no pressure to spar or prove yourself on day one.
I am a fairly direct coach, but I do not confuse directness with shouting. We repeat the things that matter, take time to explain corrections and build conditioning at a pace you can recover from. My aim is for you to leave with more confidence in your movement and a clear reason to come back, rather than simply feeling exhausted.
